de engineering gmbh was founded in 2012 by Lothar Dauer and Guido Endres in the Rhein Main area.
We are active nationwide for our customers in technical development.
Our activities as a development service providerfocus on manufacturers and system suppliers in the automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, the electrical and electronics industries as well as power engineering.
The development of software-controlled systems is today the absolute technology trend and is used in all areas of industry.
We are active in software-controlled automation technology, driver assistance systems, autonomous driving systems, e-mobility, functional safety and many more technologies.
In our globalized world, project coordination is becoming more and more important.
Our resident engineers and highly qualified employees carry out the coordination of development tasks between suppliers and manufacturers nationally and internationally.
We are always resident together with our customers at the location where they carry out their developments.

I started out with vocational training in an engineering office for designer and CAD training and later acquired many customers and won development projects for a leading function throughout Germany and started establishing engineering areas.

My many years of professional experience have been marked by change and the courage to really experience it. I would like to emphasize that I have learned and gained the most from rather difficult experiences.
It was always exciting for me to work in different areas of the company and in different industries such as retail, wholesale, industry and most recently for several years in engineering.
Many professional activities from earlier times no longer exist today. Had I placed more weight on job security and not had the courage to change, I don’t know what would have happened to me.
Therefore, I recommend courage to change. Change lanes and drive against the current.

My career, from designer to executive…
My professional life began as a designer in the automotive industry for tank and engine cooling systems. My responsibilities grew relatively quickly I took over to lead a project team in development.
In connection with a change of employer, my management responsibility increased significantly, and with added responsibilities in project and quality management, and sales for existing and new customers.
I was also entrusted with the management of a subsidiary in branch office which I led until I decided to switch to de engineering and thus to rejoin former colleagues.

My many years of experience as a trainer and manager have shown that success is greatest when the technical tasks coincide with the interests of our employees.

My connection to de engineering gmbh’s Mr. Lothar Dauer dates back to 1984 when I was his trainer. Subsequently, we had sporadic contact, were working for competitors, but always knew what the other was doing.
Out of this relationship I visited de engineering gmbh for the first time in 2013 to find out how they were doing since the company was founded. The discussions, the many synergies and common values led me to support the company in its development. I wanted to contribute to the success of de engineering gmbh by fostering my relationships with my very large network in the automotive environment.
Today, we have a strong sales team in which it doesn’t matter who is the trainer, apprentice or boss, rather, what counts is success.
