The crazy idea – becomes tradition

The “schnapps” idea, developed in 2014, to produce a noble brandy from our own fruit, resulted in a lot of positive feedback. Since then, the company has harvested its own organically grown fruit each year and processed it into a mash. As our efforts are focused on process improvement and growth, we have refined our production and increased the quantity over time.

With our distillery Göbel, the mash is distilled every year in autumn as a natural product. Varieties such as Williams pear and plum were added to the traditional Mirabelle plum brandy.

A handmade and limited product that we like to give away at Christmas.
